I spotted Panadol on the shelf at my local chemist, with Caffeine. I thought it was an interesting application of caffeine but received this comment and thought it was a great question!

It’s equivalent to the caffeine from half a cup of coffee. Our Espresso Master is 150mg per 250ml cup. I checked into why this version of Panadol contains caffeine - they report the caffeine acts on the paracetamol, increasing its effectiveness.
