I really do get excited about the most unlikely things. This week, after a long debate, running the numbers game, and ultimately, over-ruling everything with my heart, I have decided to package all coffee bean purchases in boxes instead of satchels.
This move is costing me more money in both packaging and delivery costs, but I feel passionately about you receiving your coffee beans in the condition they left me - after all, there is a lot of love and care invested into each coffee order that goes out the door. The thought of a bag of coffee (in a satchel) being mistreated by a courier is just heat breaking and a delivery in a box will bring the respect, protection and security it deserves.
