How to prepare Bondi Chai latte

Bondi Chai is a deliciously smooth and creamy chai latte that has become very popular in cafes in Australia. You can serve it at your cafe very easliy, or enjoy it at home or at the office with a coffee machine steam wand, or a microwave oven. 

This is the bondi chai product, its a milk based drink. its quite delicious, its great for evenings. All you do is add two teaspoons of chai powder to a milk pitcher, disolve the powder with a small amount of hot water and add cold milk. You can do this in a microwave if you like, but I like to do it all with the coffee machine milk steaming wand for a creamier texture. Steam the milk like you would normally for a flat white or cappuccino. Its prepared in the microwave similar to a hot chocolate.  The machine used in this video is my home Giotto Rocket.
