Premium Reserve is a special time-of-year selection of a single exotic coffee bean variety, offered until sold out (and then replaced with the next Premium Reserve variety). Availability is limited, so if the current variety interests you, get in quick. 

I have dropped the price of Premium Reserve coffee from today, so everyone can get an opportunity to sample these coffees.

Characteristics: Full flavour and well rounded. Ideally suited for espresso. Roasted lighter than a typical Espresso. 
Origin: Predominantly Costa Rica, Guatemala and Indian coffee beans

• Costa Rica:This is a high grade Costa Rica, which produces a rich strong infusion. Superb cup characteristics, with floral and honey flavours. Crisp clean and rounded with rich quality, suits single origin espresso, whilst making for a high grade blend enhancer
• Indian robusta (main bean):This is a quality Robusta, best suited for inclusion in an Espresso blend as a reliable builder of body, aroma and fruited complexities
• Guatemulan.This is a complex Antigua, produced in rich volcanic soils and with near-perfect temperate climate. This microclimate produces a coffee with crisp sparkling acidity and full body, with intense flavour characteristics. Blend with this bean for a superior coffee or roast medium-to-dark for single origin uses.
