Come on a short journey of the Colombian coffee bean from raw green bean, to being roasted and dropping from the roasting drum, to espresso being poured from the coffee machine to the final espresso shot in the cup.

Coffee beans arrive at the factory from the farmer in 60-70kg bags - they have already come a long way and the journey is an entirely interesting one. |  Colombian Coffee Bean post roast. This is 20 minutes after the green beans have been loaded into the coffee roaster and roasted to brown. This particular roasted is a very small 1kg micro roaster, specifically for sampling different roast profiles to replicate on the industrial size roaster for commercial use. |  Colombian coffee bean extraction. This coffee is very fresh, still warm from the roaster, but sometimes I just cant wait. |  The final espresso shot.
