Welcome to the new year, 2010. We hope you have had a great Christmas and new year holiday break. The coffee machine in our house has been working overtime this holiday season. I treated myself to a new manual lever espresso machine from Italy, a La Pavoni Europiccola. Its great for controlling the espresso process. I have found a new love for our Colombia beans with this machine, but I still really enjoy Brazil prepared in our Bodum Plunger.
We have had a great break, so good in fact that we are still on holidays.Here is what we have been up to at Bay Beans;
We announce the January Premium Reserve exotic bean January is a new month, and as such, we have a new Premium Reserve bean of the month. December was Kenya AA Top Gaigundo, this month we have on offer PNG Guono Highland, which has a chocolate, caramel, nutty flavour. Very smooth and just surpurb as a plunger coffee. We hope you enjoy it. Advice on perfecting your coffee making skills Would you like some help on improving your coffee making skills?
